This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile app, or services. By accessing KaziHire, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

    • Account Registration: Name, email, phone number, and address to book services.

    • Service Details: Descriptions of requested services, property access instructions, and photos/videos uploaded for service estimation.

    • Payment Information: Encrypted payment details processed by third-party gateways (e.g., credit card information).

  2. Non-Personal Information

    • *Device/Usage Data*: IP address, browser type, device ID, and service history to improve functionality.

    • Location Data: To match you with local Service Providers (you may disable this in device settings).

How We Use Information

  • Facilitate bookings, process payments, and communicate service updates.

  • Account Deletion: You can delete your KaziHire account and all associated data at any time directly in the app:

    • Go to Profile > Delet Account.

    • Select Delete Account and confirm.

    • Alternatively, email us at [hello@kazihire.com] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

  • Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once completed, you will lose access to past bookings, messages, and transaction history.

 

Data Retention & Security

  • If you delete your account, we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where required to retain records for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes.

 

Third Parties

  • Ad partners may receive anonymized data for targeted ads (opt-out via device settings).

  • Handymen are independent contractors; review their privacy practices separately.
